Had a fantastic experience considering my unexpected health issue. NP Billi Smith was so professional, knowledgeable and caring as well as the other staff!
I was recommended by a local pharmacy because of some missing medications via mail. They were able to fit me into their schedule, did some medical history with an exam. They were able to provide me with a prescription for a 1 month supply for essential medicines. Visiting from Alaska this solved a serious issues until I get back home. Professional, efficient and friendly.
The Nurse was good and the Dr was also. The Dr was very helpful and she seemed to care.
I had to do a urine test/drug screen for a job. Left my employer hanging for over a week to then send an email a week before I am supposed to start that it was “lost in transit”. This could very well push back my start date one month. Absolutely unacceptable. I waited in the back for far too long while 5 plus employees sat around BS’ing about being in the military. Overall disappointing
