I went to Well Now after a high ankle sprain that happened at work. It was so bad that I couldn’t put any weight on it at all, or even move it without intense pain, and my foot and ankle were incredibly swollen. They made me fill out the paperwork standing up at the desk, didn’t even offer me a wheelchair. They even made me walk to the room that way. I was using my husband as a crutch. I made an appt and registered on line. I was 10 min early for my appt and was taken right in. The whole experience was easy and quick. I’m sure there are times you will have to wait, but I would go back there mainly because of their professionalism.
This was my third time being at well now over the last few years. This time was no different than any other. The intake took only a couple of minutes, I was taken right into a room where I was immediately seen by a nurse and a doctor. My issue was resolved within a matter of a few minutes, and I was on my way. The Doctor answered all my questions and educated me a little bit on the reaction I was having to a medication. I had a sore throat for a couple days, which I first thought to be a product of the air conditioner and fan while sleeping. After three days, I looked in my throat because it got really bad, which I noticed white spots near my tonsils. I decided to make an appointment and needed to get tested for mono. After the finger prick I got extremely light headed and was on the verge of passing out.
