Charged me twice for one appointment. I was already suspicious when they had me enter my credit card info instead of taking it at a scanner. Should've gone with my gut. Customer service line is useless.
Urgent care is not emergency care. Know the difference and you will be fine. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and communicated what they are able to do for me here. There maybe a wait but that is to be expected.
This place says urgent care,but if you have a urgent medical issue I advise you to call your doctor or go to the hospital
