Very friendly and professional
I came in for fingerprinting and saw the sign for medical services. Although the nurse was unable to complete the kind of exam I needed she was very helpful in explaining where I could go to get done.
I had a terrible experience with a woman at the call center who hung up on me. She is such a miserable person! treated me with rudeness and impatience over basic questions, which is completely unacceptable. If you hate your job that much, quit. Customers should never have to deal with someone like this.
