Showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment, the door was locked. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time along with another family knocking every 5 minutes. While I was waiting I was on hold with their customer service the whole time and never talked to a person. No text, email, or call to alert me of an office closure or scheduling error. 👎
