Have gone to this place 2 times for an appointment and when I arrive no one is there!!! This sucks my job is on the line and the people can’t show up to do a simple job!
Cancelled my fingerprinting appointment for no apparent reason. Very frustrating as I have a deadline and this was one of the only times I could come in. Not a great look.
Went there to get fingerprinted for my job and their customer service was very rude and there was only one employee on site. Hours state there open from 9A-5P, and they were closed at 12:30 when I arrived for a Scheduled appointment. I know this place supposedly has an almost 5-star review, but I don't believe that all of them are real, seems like a very not by the book place. I do not recommend using this place at all.
