Very cordial and professional Easy process
On December 17, 2025, I visited the Costa Mesa branch. The nurse/receptionist, who was the only person at the desk, was extremely proficient, professional, and kind. She managed to take me in sooner than my appointment. I don’t have good veins. She did her very best on my both arms/hands. No success. Finally, she managed to draw blood from top of my hand finding a good vein. She was so gentle, I barely felt a pinch.
