Katie is an excellent teacher! As someone who has always had to manage chronic pain issues, I can attest to how big a difference her yoga has made for me. Katie tailors her classes to each individual making it a fun and inclusive experience. I would highly recommend Soulful Sequences, and the first class is always free!
