I love the atmosphere and environment at Wellness Within. Keira Burgess' class "Slow and Steady Hatha Yoga" on Wednesday nights are relaxing and calm, and at the same time strengthens my core and balance, which is just what my system needs this summer. I've been working on my overwhelmed nervous system as well as incorporating/establishing an exercise routine this summer for longevity and health. This was a great start to my journey. Thank you Wellness Within and Keira!
Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at the spa! Very friendly staff! This is the regular spa for me!! Enjoyed the pampering by the staff.
Dr. V was great and helped me realize why so many things were happening due to just one thing (fatigue due to stomach problems). Would definitely go back again if needed!
I came in for my ‘Mother’s Day’ spa day today and I had a phenomenal experience. I started with a massage, then facial, and ended with a pedicure. I had an amazing time at each session. The massage was very relaxing and felt very luxurious. The facial was incredible, and I swear I fell asleep I was so relaxed. Ended the day off with a pedicure and had great conversation with the gal I had. Overall incredible experience all around.
