Fast and friendly service got me in quick and was very considerate about my symptoms. Shannon and Jessica were working there when I was in and I couldn’t ask for a better care team!
Went in yesterday clearly with flu symptoms and or bronchitis or sinusitis. Because the swab came back negative and my symptoms just started. The practitioner refused to give antibiotics. Now I think I know my body with fever and aches and known bouts with bronchitis she told me “well I guess I can’t help you today. Still sick worse and they didn’t even call me the “nasal panel” results.
The best office I’ve ever been to! So nice and super quick. We take all three of our children here when they get sick.
Stopped in today for terrible UTI symptoms, Shannon & Nicole were both so kind and helpful. I had 2 people in front of me but the wait wasn’t long at all. The exam was professional and my concerns were addressed. A care plan was established and I was on my way. Thank you guys so much! Also I do not have insurance and pricing here was very affordable for me.
Fist time going there, check-in in process was seamless. Both the MA/Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were pleasant, patient, and thorough. I will go again when my PCP can not get me in and would recommend others to go too. Great addition to Carlisle, Ohio.
