I bought a massage through Groupon and got a good deal. However, after I made my appointment when my appointment was upcoming. I had an unexpected death in the family. I tried to reschedule my massage by calling the number and by emailing. The number on the website is “not in service”. Never got a response from the Spa by email either. I find it very unsettling that the number to the company is not available, nor did I get a response from the company. My visit was awesome Ineta is incredible…. I’m definitely going back!!!!!
They were very accommodating of an appointment scheduled after their normal business hours. They were very thorough with the scheduling process and I knew what to expect and they reminded me so there was no question on whether or not the appointment was going to happen. Great massage.
