The WSD is a gym that offers TRX Suspension Training, Cardio Kickboxing, Spin and Circuit Training 7 days a week. Clients can chose from 23 different class times each week, starting at 5:15am. A membership is $100. There is 1 shower and a nice lounge and changing rooms. Clean towels are available for clients to use during the workouts. Each class is 50 minutes long. This gym is a game changer and has made a positive impact in all areas of my life. Not only is this a gym but also has a certified nutritionist.
I’ve been going to the Wellness Studio over 5 years and have never repeated a workout!! It is a welcoming and positive environment where everyone can work at their own pace. I highly recommend for all ages at different stages of their fitness journey!
The Wellness Studio is such a great community and you will feel welcomed from the first time you step in! You always get a great workout in and will be amazed at what your body can accomplish as your strength continues to grow! Betsy is always there cheering you on with a smile on her face!
