I came in hoping to relieve some tension in my hip, but unfortunately, after the massage, my hip actually felt worse. Instead of feeling looser or more mobile, I left in more discomfort than when I arrived. I understand that not every session works the same for everyone, but I expected more care and attention to how my body was responding during the treatment. Sadly, this didn’t meet my expectations, and I likely won’t be returning.
