Unfortunately, while Dr. Caldwell is a good doctor with good patient interaction, the Wellness Solutions business practice financially gouges their patients. I went for my annual review and lab work. This was a visit covered 100% by insurance. I was then created another appointment by the front desk receptionist to get my lab results. I was not told I would be charged to do a follow up visit for my lab results. $120 later I was told I needed to take an iron supplement .
