I bought a commercial cold plunge from the wellness centre and was promised it was within the guidelines of health board. After needing to confirm again I called the owner. On a call the owner actually told us to “chill out he’s 100% sure it’s in line with health board” and surprise surprise it wasn’t. They gave us false information and now they don’t work with the company so “there’s nothing they can do” I was unimpressed during the sales process and even more unimpressed now.
Great, fast and friendly service for our spa. Highly recommend. Thanks again.
