I purchased a tub from the Wellness Shop in Whitby right around Christmas 2025 to replace an older tub that I had for 15+ years and that had just recently died. I dealt with Andre at the Wellness Shop in Whitby and he was excellent. This was my 3rd hot tub and so I knew what I was looking for. The technician Chris was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable about the product and kind enough to take the time to explain what he was doing to solve my problem and why. He also took the time to share some tips and best practices a new hot tub owner wouldn’t know. The was exactly on time, polite, well spoken. What a great experience and it was all covered by warranty.
We had the BEST experience at Wellness Shop Whitby. Andre was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made the process of choosing a hot tub that suited our needs much less overwhelming. I shopped around for over a month and visited a least 6 different retailers before finding the Wellness Shop Whitby. Thank you again Andre, we love our new spa!
Purchased a 17.5' swim spa - $55k. Amanda was the sales rep. There is an issue with it, leaking from the pipe. I called and had to book a service appt through AI. This was May long weekend. They didn't get to me for over two weeks. Fixed part of the leak and needed it filled to return. We ordered a truck and had it filled that eveningbJune 3rd only to have two appointments booked with no shows and nobody will return my calls. It is now June 11th and crickets. We own two Jacuzzi’s , one at home since 2010 and one at our cottage since 2021. We have only needed service a few times, because they are great quality products, but every time Greg has been amazing. Quick friendly service, always properly diagnosed and fixed right away. Would highly recommend purchasing a Jacuzzi from them as well as using their service team if ever you need them.
