We own two Jacuzzi’s , one at home since 2010 and one at our cottage since 2021. We have only needed service a few times, because they are great quality products, but every time Greg has been amazing. Quick friendly service, always properly diagnosed and fixed right away. Would highly recommend purchasing a Jacuzzi from them as well as using their service team if ever you need them.
We have only had our new infrared sauna for a few weeks and we are thoroughly enjoying it. It’s relaxing, and aches and pains are significantly reduced. Customer service from the Wellness Shop was excellent from the initial exploratory phase to the final delivery. Highly recommend both the Clearlight Infrared Sauna and the Wellness Shop. I had an excellent experience with my recent hot tub drain and fill appointment. If you need to email or call the wellness shop, you will get a fast response and your questions answered. When the technician comes out to your house they are extremely professional & courteous and show you things about your hot tub you might not know.
