We recently upgraded our hot tub and the entire process was seamless. Our sales representative, Melanie, was fantastic to work with. We were able to trade in our 6 year old hot tub and received a very fair, good deal on the new j335 model. The logistics and white glove service by Hot Tub Movers were equally impressive. They were extremely professional, efficient, and careful with our property and hot tub. Highly recommend Melanie and the entire team for an excellent customer experience!

I recently purchased a Clearlight Sanctuary 1 Person Sauna with Red Light at Wellness Shop @ Jacuzzi Burlington and had a wonderful experience with Mandi Mladenovic. The overall buying process was extremely smooth as the wellness store was very well equipped with so many sauna, hot tub and other wellness equipment models. We just purchased a hot tub and had it delivered, there was an issue that required a technician to come out. Julio was amazing, he was running behind on a previous job but still came out at almost 6 PM on a Friday night. He investigated the problem and was thorough in his communication, and he left with a fully functioning hot tub and easily identified the manufacturing problem. Thankful for excellent customer service from him!
I recently purchased my new Sanctuary C sauna from Julie at the Burlington location and couldn't be more happy. I compared many different brands and models before making a purchase.
