Wow. For a first time hot tub buyer - was I ever lucky to walk in and meet Matt at The Wellness Shop in Burlington. He made great recommendations, answered all of my questions in person, on the phone and on text (even late nights and early mornings). The most amazing thing was when construction time came he even went above and beyond to help my contractor do things right. I couldn’t recommend them (and Matt) more. Thanks so much.
What a great experience dealing with Jacuzzi from the moment we walked into the showroom in Burlington and was greeted by Mandi. She responded quickly to all of our questions and made the buying process easy. The delivery of the hot tub was white glove treatment and the electricians did a professional and clean job for the hook up. If you are in the market for a hot tub you must see Mandi - you won’t be disappointed.
We are so happy with our experience with The Wellness Shop! From the very first time we met Mandi, we were comfortable. She was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We love that the Wellness Shop carries locally made options and that they have such a great system for planning delivery and installation. The team was excellent. Matt was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got the right product. He helped from deciding which Jacuzzi, to visiting our property to assess fittings to follow up service. We’ve now had our jacuzzi for 6 months. Highly recommend this company and Matt to help you.
Matt at the Wellness Shop Burlington is fantastic! Helped my wife and I choose a new Jacuzzi model at a great price within our budget and is soooo responsive to every question...even responding to late Sunday night emails in a long weekend.
