What a great experience dealing with Jacuzzi from the moment we walked into the showroom in Burlington and was greeted by Mandi. She responded quickly to all of our questions and made the buying process easy. The delivery of the hot tub was white glove treatment and the electricians did a professional and clean job for the hook up. If you are in the market for a hot tub you must see Mandi - you won’t be disappointed.

We love that the Wellness Shop carries locally made options and that they have such a great system for planning delivery and installation. The team was excellent. Matt was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got the right product. He helped from deciding which Jacuzzi, to visiting our property to assess fittings to follow up service. We’ve now had our jacuzzi for 6 months. Highly recommend this company and Matt to help you.
Knowledgeable and friendly with great communication. Mandi was great in helping us navigate all the vast options to get us into the right hot tub. The staff was excellent on explaining all the features and Health benefits. The delivery was on time and the delivery staff was very friendly and installation was a success. Been using it every day.
