Great company to deal with IF you like getting the wrong order, waiting for 19 (NINETEEN) weeks for a hot tub cover, waiting on hold for 20 – 40 or more minutes, not getting call backs and not knowing delivery times. I ordered my hot tub cover on March 19, 2024 ( sorry Covid is not longer an excuse). The first cover arrived on May 9, 2024, but it was NOT the cover I ordered. It did not fit my hot tub properly.
