Was happy to work with a psychologist at wellness road psychology. They contacted me and matched me with a provider and provided me with a appointment for a consultation. Wellness Road Psychology sent a link to fill out information related to medical and behavioral history. They contacted me the following day and told me that the information I provided caused the Wellness Road Psychology to cancel the intake consultation with the psychologist.
