The coaches and staff are committed to helping you set realistic, obtainable goals while the other members will motivate and encourage you want to show up everyday! Great atmosphere without the feeling of intimidation that generally comes from walking into the gym for the first time! I’ll see ya there!
I've been seeing Dr. John for about a year now. His approach to chiropractic makes a ton of sense to me. He explains it in a way that makes sense and is easy to follow. He backs it up with scans and data to show what's going on. The level of care and communication is next level. We've recently added SoftWave therapy for an injury that's been nagging me and I'm thoroughly impressed. If you've never been, I highly recommend!
