Wellness Recovery Center is a wonderful program. The program and the staff are dedicated to helping clients achieve recovery from both substance use and mental health. It is a very healing, supportive environment. Everyone is very helpful from case management and the techs to the therapists and leadership. Groups are engaging, interactive and enlightening. I’ve been here for over a month. And it has really opened my eyes about myself and the problems I have. The staff and my therapist Michelle has helped me in so many ways that I couldn’t see in the past. Very caring and supportive environment. If your looking for a solid recovery program with people that care I’d recommend here seriously.

Wellness Recovery was a great place for me to build my confidence in staying clean, they have an excellent staff & great therapist I would recommend them to anyone that is seeking help in recovering from a helpless state of being

Therapy was beneficial toward the end of my treatment, once Michelle took over. However, staff are extremely unprofessional- therapists, techs, and case managers. They constantly spread rumors about clients, and break HIPAA daily. Additionally, the case managers are extremely incompetent. I was denied short term disability from work due to my case manager not filing the paperwork in the required time frame. The staff is fake and doesn’t actually care about your sobriety. I wouldn’t even think of giving it one star, this place will eventually fall apart from the inside, I experienced unprofessionalism at every corner weather it was the staff talking crap about the clients or leaving patients on there own when they clearly need 1 on 1 help, it doesn’t seem like they really care about there job and frankly the whole place seems miserable. So sorry to whoever comes here.
