This wellness helps my husband a lot. Their programs helps him to open up what’s in his mind and his heart. He said that the program always touch his heart and makes him cry. He will bring home what he learn from the program the 12 steps. It not only help him to be sober but also to change some of his negative behaviors, habits and thoughts.
