Dr. Turner is the absolute best. I was treated with respect and kindness from everyone, I crossed paths with this Office. This place is completely wonderful from the front desk to the stirrups. I have complex PTSD from childhood trauma. This place was easy as it could have been. He listens to every concern from feet to head. I walked in confused and full of anxiety and walked out refreshed with much understanding. This place is ridiculous. We spend an average of 2 hours here every visit. And these aren’t even the sonogram appointments. Uncomfortable, they don’t listen to concerns, and they do the bare minimum. 2 hour visit to ask 2 questions and say see you in a few weeks. Doctors and nurses sit in the hallway and talk and giggle for 30 minutes while patients are sitting there. 0 stars.
By far the best experience I’ve had at a gyno office! The facility was clean & welcoming. Staff was professional & made you feel comfortable. Jenny was very personable & answered all my questions while educating me on different topics. I will be going back for future services without a doubt.
Where do I even begin? I’d wait in the waiting room for an hour after my appointment time for my scheduled appointment every single time. I was told I had a cyst on my left ovary that they were “going to monitor” but did not and didn’t attempt to remove it either. I found out 10 months after I quit going to them after I delivered that the cyst they ignored was a tumor and was the reason they had issues with my BP and ended up having to deliver via induction 3 weeks early. This place is horrible they have no sense of urgency . If you have plans during that day you will be late so just cancel them . We’ve had multiple visits here there’s not been one time where it hasn’t taken two hours to completely be taken care of . The building is old the restrooms stink . And the employees are somewhat decent most seem like they don’t know what they’re doing . The ultrasound ladies are super sweet and nice . Outside of this I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone.
