Started off well with a couple of sessions in Miami Beach but then on the last two the doctor was a no-show. On the first time I actually texted the doctor directly but never heard back. I tried another appointment after a few weeks and again a no-show. I called the main office and only response was that they couldn’t get a hold of the doctor. Clearly not serious about healthcare!
Really sorry to leave a bad review. I usually leave 5 stars reviews but my experience with this chiropractor was very unpleasant. She was extremely unprofessional. The way she managed scheduled appointments was a joke (I don’t want to explain details but the entire experience was terrible). Besides waiting for hours i was dismissed with an excuse after I pointed out that she had me waiting for the first and last 2 appointments and told me that I missed a slot for an anticipated 10 minutes delay after I waited on aggregate 2 ... read more
