If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't be who I am today. (Thanks to Kareena Vogel.) The fact is place run's under Medicare is a really big point for my fellow sisters, brothers and inbetween. Staff have with all my experiences been really friendly, accommodating and respectful.☺️ Location is really nice since A it's on the side of a busy road (with drive by front entrance). I just wanted to give a shout out to 2 people that work here. 1. Dr Peter Yee. He is such an awesome dr to have. We have moved to Launching Place and we still travel to Rowville to see him. Truly remarkable human being. 2. Emma at reception. She has to be the warmest, happiest and friendliest medical receptionist I have ever dealt with. As someone who is consistently anxious, she's always managed to calm my nerves when I go to see the doc. I’ve had repeated issues with this medical centre with referrals often going missing or can’t be found, leaving me to pay out of pocket for care that should have been covered under a care plan. On top of that, the reception staff today were very rude and dismissive. There was no care, empathy, or professionalism shown. People come here for medical help and should be treated with respect and compassion. Unfortunately, this centre has fallen short of that.
I love this place so much. Professional, passionate, and empathetic doctors. I see 3 different doctors because why not? They're all great. The nurses for vaccinations and injections etc are amazing and professional. Sometimes doctors run a bit late, but it's expected. They're a great doctors surgery, so they're quite popular. I have been coming here for years and I have no complaints. Bonus: they have a pharmacist inside. Also have Dorevitch down stairs, and 2 easily accessible toilets for those needing 1 nearby.
