Sara is amazing! I tear up my body every week and she puts me back together every single time! If you are an athlete and have not heard of ART, look it up! She is great!
Felt welcome from the first vist. Sara does an awesome job and being a massage therapist I particularly like the involvement of the active release technique as part of her practice.
