I train with Melissa every week and she is amazing
I had plantar fasciitis for 5 years or more and it would take turns one year it would be my left foot, and then next year it would be my right foot.... some years in both. It made it so that it was limiting my movement because it was pretty painful to walk. I have to say, I haven't had it now for about a year. I'm very grateful for the help that I received from Paul and Marlene and the orthotics that they gave me to use. Thank you!
