It was my first ever massage - Dian was so good about helping me feel comfortable and it was great for some tension in my neck! Totally recommend!

It was just ok !we had called and texted for 3 days and then we had little chat with hotel manager and he c called them and got us an appointment ! It was disappointing that we had to do that . Then you could tell they only came in for our appointment and then closed up and left . We have been there before and it was real nice . No Champaign this time she forgot and gave us water but maybe next time she said . 540.00 for a couples message and we will not be back .

The Spa therapist Carla was very kind and made me feel welcomed. The receptionist was nice. My rating is based on the overall experience, and my comparison of previous Spa experiences. I did not feel that the Deep Dive Detox Wrap (mud wrap) was worth $270. The treatment was $235 plus a mandatory 6% surcharge to cover the CA minimum wage increase and a mandatory 20% tip. If I could give Carla 100 stars, I would! She really listened, adjusted the pressure perfectly, and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. After months of parent caregiving and with an important event just hours away, she left me feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready.
