I have had two appts with Shana and have been very impressed with her breadth of knowledge. I would highly recommend Shanna to anyone I come across who could benefit from her services which would be almost everyone.
Shana truly helped me overcome an issue that I’ve had for some time and was a serious sleep related health issue. I had tried conventional approaches, including prescription medications, and nothing had worked reliably. Shana Rosenthal used hypnotherapy to help me get past this. I should have tried her first!
Shana is amazing. In a short time, she did what years and years of traditional therapy could not do for me. Her techniques are so effective, 3 years later and I still use them! She helped me overcome trauma and learn to love myself again. I can’t thank her enough for how she changed my life!
Shana's program is effective, focused, and extremely well related to my personal needs. It is organized, easy to follow, and, in the end, my coping skills have been aided by what I learned from her.
