I thought the programming and services were good. I actually found the staff to be very friendly and accepting of real diversity. Which unfortunately I did not find the rest of the town to be so much as. I admit at first I didn't like having to go to recovery mall. But I got used to it. Sometimes I miss the question they used to ask. As to what change in diet everybody wants. And of course everybody would say along with me more beef. The only thing I didn't like. Was that when I moved out. I did it with somebody I met there.... read more

Very bad experience with this AGENCY, sum IT up with two words......THEY SUCK!

Staff is manipulative, they lie. Haze and harassed me into a self discharge. After one rule break, food in my room, which I was guilty. And stood accountable, received my punishment, loss of privileges. No big deal. Lesson learned. But I was punished two more times for the same incident. They refused to give me medicine prescribed by my doctor. Subscription was still active. Even my therapist, for almost a year said , "you were treated unfairly". The case manager said, "I wish we would have done things differently." Sum it a... read more
