I started receiving this work with my therapist in 2003. I've attended a great many workshops and healing experiences in my lifetime. All are great in their own right. The individual work of hypnotherapy, however, because it's as on-going as I wanted/needed it to be, was the absolute most powerful piece of transformative work in my life.
