I can’t get an appointment I keep calling and no one has gotten back to me for months
I have mixed feelings in this review. All my sessions were telehealth, & my therapist Ashley was absolutely amazing & helped me alot. HOWEVER, as a business I would not recommend them. After having sessions for nearly 6mths they canceled a session "due to an outstanding balance" my card was on file & they were not charging it which was confusing. Wellness Grove truly stands out. The team is professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They make you feel heard and comfortable every step of the way. The environment is peaceful and spotless, and the whole experience feels personalized instead of cookie-cutter. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I’m so glad I found them and would absolutely recommend to anyone.
Everyone there is just wonderful . These people are changing my life. Joni my counselor is the most personable , kind , knowledgeable counselor I've ever been to . All the girls, from the secretary Lisa in the front to chelsey and all the girls in theback. Kind ,considerate. All that matters to them is patients well being. And Dr. Ike the only word I can think of is fantastic . Uses the latest technologies ,writes books. Gives affirmations to all the patients. He is just so knowledgeable about the latest treatments. To say this place is unprofessional and just a complete joke is an understatement. DO NOT take your child here. As therapist that work for this company tell children to lie to their parents about being seen at facility. Sad when they are supposed to be helping children. Safe adults don’t tell children to lie to their parents.
