Absolutely Great Physicians and Customer Service
Though they do a good job with treatment, they will submit to insurance for a "procedure" or "surgery" even when it is just wart treatment or freezing precancer spots, so be prepared to get a big bill applied to your deductible rather than an office copay, as other dermatologists would do. Also, if you have regular medication, they will make you come back at least every two months. It is a bit of a money grab there.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We took our baby to this dermatologist for eczema, and the experience was amazing. The doctor was incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding, which meant so much to us as parents. They took the time to explain what was causing the eczema and walked us through the treatment plan step by step. Since starting treatment, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in our baby’s skin and comfort. I’m so grateful for the care we received and highly recommend this dermatologist to any parent dealing with eczema.
My whole family has been coming to Dr. Kupetsky for years and we will never go anywhere else. Personable, informative and so accommodating. I cannot recommend them more!
