Kathryne is awesome, everything I was looking for in a therapist/counselor. I look forward to my session with her because she always give me something to focus on or work on before seeing me again. I feel like I’m always moving forward. No matter how silly, big or small I feel a situation is, she helps me sort my thoughts.

Kathryne Arnold is a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend her. She helped me through the most difficult time in my life and helped me to feel empowered to make the decision that was right for me. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, and caring. She put me at ease, even after having bad experiences in therapy at other places. She gave great suggestions for journaling exercises -something I wish all therapists did - as this really helped me gain clarity. She is everything a therapist should be.

Kathryne is an excellent therapist. The counseling I have received in the last 4 months from her has changed my life. She is very kind and patient and it feels like she truly cares.
