Went here a few years ago. I stopped going because it felt like I knew more about my therapist than he did about me. But I thought I’d give this place another try and see someone else. I was told they don’t take my insurance but I’m so desperate to talk to someone I said I’d just pay out of pocket and made the appointment. It is a blessing to have connected with my therapist, Jordan, at the Wellness Counseling Livonia location. Authentic, active listener, kind and truthful. She is providing safe space for a great talk therapy experience and relationship.
The office staff and counselors are awesome! They are welcoming, and they truly care to help you.
I wouldn’t take your kids here for therapy. Especially if you have a high conflict co parent. I also wouldn’t trust the good reviews. My daughter’s therapist said the owner asked her to ask the patients she’s on good terms with to write them good reviews.
