I've been told this is a great place. They didn't have what I needed. But they were not the only ones. The product I was looking for was rarely and too expensive to keep in stock if not selling

If I Could rate negative 0 stars believe me I would. 1st the owner was extremely rude, dismissive and ntm hung up on me when I asked for refund on a 100$ product that I didn't need anymore. What kind of business owner does that? I tried to give this store a 2nd chance after I bought a product of there's before that didn't work. This is why sometimes it's really hard to support Black business because the professionalism is usually non existent.
