I called the office. The first receptionist read my medical files and that I will fine, spoke over me and told me there was no nurse. After requesting to speak to someone higher she transferred me to another receptionist who right away told me there was no nurse. Again I requested to speak to someone higher and she hung up on me. Those two are extremely unprofessional.
