The management of the pool and wellness center at the YMCA of the Palm Beaches has been lacking in overall effectiveness. There seems to be poor communication from the management team, and there are concerns that they are not prioritizing the well-being of both the members and the staff. This has contributed to a high turnover rate among staff, as many feel undervalued. It appears that there is a need for greater attention and support for the community and those who work there.
Love this gym. Everything you need and super staff. BUT I would love to see a trash can for recycling. One trash can is so last century...get with it PBSC and YMCA.
