Everyone at dds is so helpful and kind.
First, an appointment is an agreement between two parties to begin at a mutually agreed time. One party should not have to wait 45 minutes for the other party to show up. Second, the only way I can evaluate what was done is to use my tongue to "feel". I should think the finished area to be smooth, like teeth, not rough like sandpaper. Third, when a patient is leaving with parts of their mouth swollen and numb, someone should caution them not to eat solid food for X hours because they might seriously bite the inside of their ... read more
Going to the dentist is a very uncomfortable thing for me. But the staff at DDS are very friendly, professional and thorough. They make you feel comfortable and answer all of your questions.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Wasn't a long wait. Comfortable about getting my dental needs taken care of there.
