I have been a patient for 5-6 years. I have two children that see Dr.Singh. I have had a very good experience with this office over years. Of course, no office is perfect but they do care about you and want only the best for you and your situation. Yes, at times you will spend up to an 1 hour waiting after your appointment time. But I find most office during their peak times due have these delays from time to time. I guess this is where planning your visit and coming in on off peak times is probably best. This is a bad doctors office they don't care if you run out of your medication my daughter has to have mail in orders to get her medication and you give them the right faxs numbers and they still send it to the wrong number and you wonder why do you pay them to do there job when the can't do anything right feeling frustrated
Each time I have visited this office, I have waited over 1.5 hours to see a doctor. The offices are filthy, with stains on the walls and carpet, and the chairs have big chunks taken out of the arm rests. The nurses are nice enough, and so is Dr. Rahman. The real reason for the 1 star is my experience with Dr. Knight. I wish I had read the reviews about her on other sites, like healthgrades or this ucomparehealthcare (look up Shirlann Knight).
