Shannon is a great medical massage therapist. I have constant pain in my neck and lower back. Last time she worked on my neck I had relief from my headaches for a long time. She’s done cupping therapy on me and craniosacral therapy on me. Highly recommend!

Shannon is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, intentional, and overall a kind caring therapist. I would recommend everyone get a treatment/massage from her! I felt so safe and taken care of! Definitely the best in the Maine!
