Very safe and comfortable atmosphere. Corey is so generous and skilled, I have gained a lot of new techniques to incorporate into my yoga practice. Excellent!

Corey has created a friendly and welcoming space that feels perfect for yoga. For a number of years I’ve had equally excellent and rewarding experiences practicing Yin and Hatha in the studio as well as online. Corey infuses each class with his warmth, skill and knowledge. Thanks Corey, your classes are brilliant.
Corey is a master practitioner. Informed by yoga, trauma, calisthetics and so much more, his interdisciplinary approach has depth and rigour that I find missing in many other practitioners. I have specific injuries and Corey is able to talk through what is happening in my body, educating me to take autonomy of my own progress while relieveing any aches I have in the moment. Corey Is instrumental in my rehab plan! He has a huge depth of knowledge and expertise that he applies with kindness and skill. I have less pain and far more mobility since working with Corey and I’ll continue to see him for as long as my body requires it.
