I think the five star ratings are from people who haven’t been to other clinics. I had my new patient appointment this morning at 10 arrived at 10:15 because I got sick on the way literally. Not because I’m contagious but because of ongoing stomach issues that I needed to discuss with the physician today. Called and explained at 9:48. I was told I was too late for my appointment when I arrived because I needed to write NA all over 40+ pieces of paper before my appointment. Needless to say, I will not be back. Today was my new patient appointment I agreed to tele health because they were able to see me so quickly. I sat in the zoom waiting for 55 minutes before I cancelled the appointment. I tried calling the office without any response from the Dr. Everybody's time is important I had to clock out of my job in an effort to get help with my mental health lose money and not even be acknowledged that my appointment was missed for people that are struggling this could have been their last attempt.
