They are so mean to the students for no reason, don’t become a nurse if you don’t want to help people.
Very slow service. You're better off going off campus and that says a lot. I had to call back repeatedly to get test results. Thank goodness I wasn't dying. Don't think I will be returning.
If you like paying for the pleasure of being sneered at by a school nurse you're in the right place. I wonder if these providers were already in the OPMC complaint database or if mine was the first.
This was the most pathetic excuse for health care help that I’ve ever seen. Not only did she repeatedly give contradictory advice, but she talked down to me like I was a two year old. She ordered my prescription to a pharmacy that was closed. She also withheld the address to the nearest urgent care or hospital, which seems like it should be illegal. I pay way too much to go to this school for the on campus medical care to be this bad.
Ryan and Julie are very nice and helpful. Other than that, this place is unprofessional. I get to my appointment today and they say they can’t take me with no real reason. And ask to reschedule me for tomorrow. At least have a solid reason as to why you can’t take me… smh. Such an inconvenience to my time. I could’ve been somewhere else getting helped.
