clearly had a sinus infection told them i was constantly oozing yellow mucus out of nose would not give me antibiotics to help clear it so here i am with steroids and cough syrup for no reason opposite of what i need very incompetent
I got at this office at appr. 10:45am. One other patient in the entire place. Got called back quickly, did my flu test right away. Then an hour later I'm still sitting there. Hear the employees talk about lunch, order lunch etc. Finally after 12:15 I step out and tell them i can't sit there any longer. I'm sick as dog mind you! She says oh your just waiting on the provider to see you, who has no patients at all at this time...I'm done, not the first ive waited that long but its the last...
The wait time is horrible we will try not to come back here this is the second time
I stopped in because I was having chest pains while on a road trip and thought I might be having a heart attack. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and competent, and they did a good job in evaluating my condition and keeping me informed. I have no complaints.
