I just want to thank Dr. Hoilman, and some of her staff, particularly Laurie or Ashley, for returning my calls and/or answering my questions/concerns in a timely fashion. She, Dr. Hoilman, ALWAYS makes or made the time for me with an in office meeting or a virtual meeting when I am out of the state. She has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at getting me referrals and following up to make sure things were done as we discussed. Great customer service
The lady at check in was really nice. I checked in early and proceeded to sit in the waiting area. People arrived in 10-15 minute increments. 4 patients and 1 guy for blood work. They were all taken back. An hour had passed so I told the lady at check in to take my name off the list though I suspect it never made it on in the first place.
Ryan and Chris the EMTs are fantastic. Calm, helpful and really above expectation
