I can’t say enough good things about this place or my therapist, Daniel. From day one, he’s been easy to talk to, grounded, and actually listens. Not the fake nodding kind of listening. The real kind where you feel understood and not judged or rushed. Daniel has a way of helping things click without making it feel clinical or scripted. Kathy Giovas is an amazing therapist and has helped me through a lot of anxiety and lessened the intensity of my panic attacks. We work on DBR therapy which has made significant improvements in my overall mental health and life. Highly recommend!
