first and last time using the services. initially the sign up procedure was not bad. filling out forms and asking what would work best for me. i was accommodated up until the sessions started. i have only been to two scheduled appointments virtually because of work and home schedule. the first appointment was 2 weeks out and then the following almost a month later due to provider health issues. the day of my second session, i get a call that it was cancelled 4 hours prior to my appointment. im sure the provider notified the ... read more
