Dr Anselmo Mendez is an amazing Dr. He listens to everything you say, you never feel that he wants you out of the office. I will recommend him in a heartbeat. Definitely I wish the wait time needs improvement but, I rather wait than to see a Dr that does not listen to what you have to say. Receptionist have to be more friendly and return calls but, they are very busy.
front desk is a joke.
Don't even bother going to this family doctor , beacuse you would never get to see your family doctor. I have a back injury and dr Farrel for over a month a half now , has only been able to give phone appointments . With i dont really understand how can you evaluate a patient over the phone everysingle time. On top of that. The lady in the front desk with chinise or Filipino accent is supper rude. NIGHTMARE: If you become a patient here you’ll never be able to get a hold of any receptionist let alone get an appointment. Most of the time your call goes straight to voicemail. IF LUCKY you go on hold for one hour. I’ve left my family doctor here and my phone calls finally connects to a living person without having to waste my day being put on hold.
Dr. Stanislav Dukhovny is an outstanding family doctor: kind, dedicated, and highly responsible. Always listens attentively and provides warm, professional care and the staff are very kind.
