I had an important appt. After being sent to have a cat scan done and paid for blood work same to show up for my appt. And was told I had cancelled it. To go up north. I'm a native Floridian who never goes up north. While having severe intentional difficulties they tried to reschedule me for a month out. Totally unacceptable while I have the confirmation in my phone to show them. I'm off to find a new primary care physician good luck with their total incompetence.
Everyone at this Sebastian, FL location is very helpful and patient with any of your concerns. Dr. Prinsen is wonderful. Always listens to you and answers your questions with care.
I did love the doctors at Well Med but their office manager, Fernando is a major jerk! This office stopped taking my insurance and did not inform their patients. I had an appt scheduled during Hurricane Milton, called to check if they were open and was told not to come in due to cancelled insurance! What a way to find out!
Nancy at the reception desk told me it was not her problem today. Until that moment I have been extremely impressed with the quality of care being provided to my sister and would definitely given a 5 star rating.
New to the area, I had to find a Primary doctor. After a long search, I decided to go to WellMed.,, on the recommendation of a person I met during cancer treatment. My first appt. was last friday with Dr. Mamone, he spent a very long time with me, he was prepared having read over my initial new patient forms. I absolutely would recommend him.
