My Dr. of 17 years, ( Markus, great person) sold his practice to Well Med. So that's where I went for a sinus/ear infection. They were quick and the PA honored my agreement with my previous Dr. to get me antibiotics before I take my scuba trips. Great people. THANK YOU! Although next time I will probably go to the Casa Linda location since it's much, much closer.

They have a real problem answering the phone here. Was on hold over 10 minutes three different times in a week. Then when I finally reached a human they said they'd have to call me back. That was today, five hours ago, still no call. All I'm doing is returning their call, now almost two weeks ago. Dr. Markus would always personally call me within two days, go over the lab results from my annual with me on the phone and send them to me on an email as well. That was before he joined Well Med. This doctor office is bad I have only one insurance but for some reason they submit documents I have 2 insurance then sent me to labcorp for blood testing annual then charge me for copay for another insurance which is faulty be careful when they sent you go to another facility for testing you have to pay which is not you .

I was on hold almost 10 minutes. I then called the Plano Spring Creek location and was assisted, reluctantly by Christine/Christina. I was going to be a new patient, but I have doubts now.
