My sister-in-law has the best primary care physician here, but on the other hand, the receptionist or whoever the lady is that calls and checks on the patients and makes appointments is very rude. My sister-in-law took a fall about two weeks ago, and I received a call from the doctors office. She calls and say she’s calling to check on my sister-in-law do I have a number for her because she had a fall so I was like OK sorry can you repeat that? I’m trying to get understanding.
