I switched to Wellmed after Dr Solar’s practice was sold out and they stopped taking my insurance. The NP I see normally is fine for sick visits but it’s upsetting they didn’t explain I’d never meet the Dr that’s name is on my insurance card, Dr Dunn. Be Aware: At the Portland office, we have not seen the doctor in almost two years. We have seen nurse practitioners. Our cardiologist specifically said he will not see us again until Dr. Dunne sees us. We make appointments for Dr. Dunne but just before the date, the office staff calls to ask us to see the nurse practitioner on the scheduled date. We explain we must see the doctor and we are told we must have a new appointment date for a month out because Dr. Dunne has meetings all day on our scheduled appointment date. So we... read more
The worst follow up, the worst communication between physicians and nurses, lab technicians of any medical practice I have ever been a patient at. The physician turnover is extraordinary. The organization has a lack of quality medical staff. This place is so bad, that I have stop using my insurance just to see my own physicians. There should be a warning label on their front door.
These people put you on hold when you call and never come back to answer....very unprofessional
